VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURIST TRAVEL
1. Valid Passport
The applicant’s passport, valid for a minimum of 6 months, with at least one blank visa page available.
2. Visa Application Form
One visa application form, typed, completed and signed. Click here for the form.
3. Passport Photo
Two recent 2″ x 2″ passport photos of the applicant is required: Please click here for photos guidelines or to take a photo using your smartphone and submit it online.
4. Proof of travel
Flight itinerary, ticket or tour operator package receipt, and hotel reservations
5. Parental approval for minors
Visas for minors under 18 years traveling alone or with only one parent/legal guardians should be accompanied by:
– A notarized letter, signed by both parents or legal guardians approving child to travel.
– A copy of their id.
Visa Fee for US passport holders $100.00. Non-US $50.00
